Extremely poor service and over priced services

What a disappointment. We were a group of friends totaling 8 having bought a weeks accommodation at the resort. The accommodation was really nice and there are a fair amount of animals to see. When we got to the restaurant however, everything thing was massively over priced. The food was **********ly expensive and honestly not of good quality at all. I have had better pizzas at Pizza Hut than what they put on the table. We wanted to eat at the half way house during our golf (also overpriced) and after having to ask were directed to a corner shop where again, we overpaid for rather uninteresting bacon and egg rolls. We booked a game drive and there were major issues with the number of people that needs to be on the game drive vehicle. Story too long to explain. We were at the resort for 7 days and not even once did anyone attend to our needs with a smile. It was the worst service ever. What really blew me away was having to pay R 40.00 for a 1 kg bag of ice. A complete rip-off but in hind sight it just fitted in with all the other over priced services we received. We went to play golf at Euphoria on the second last day and we found the service to be 500% better than Zebula service. The golf was cheaper and the golf course in 10x better condition than Zebula. Do not waste your money at Zebula, go to Euphoria....takes the same amount of time to drive there. Extremely poor Zebula and the management at Zebula. You are a disgrace to our tourist industry.
