Breakage fee refund

I am being sent from pillar to post by Zebula golf estate. I paid R9000 breakage fee to Zebula for the 3 units I booked in November which was supposes to be credited back into my account 14 days after checking out.

Last year, we also booked 3 units and getting the refund was a tedious process which I never expected to happen again this year.

You guys have a beautiful place but your poor administration is messing things up.
