Bad service

This past weekend a group of 16 cousins visited house number 137 on the Zebula Golf estate. The first group of cousins checked in at 18:18 on Friday the 30th September 2022.

Absolutely awful how we have to fight for the breakage fee. We are now being charged for things that we found broken, missing and duties that should be performed by the housekeeper.

I definitely will not recommend this place to anyone as we are now being exploited.
