Bad planning of tee off then blames golfers

We booked for a 3 ball of which they scheduled us for 11:58am. We arrive on time and for some reason get put with 2 other players. By the 6th hole they arrive at us on a golf cart, telling is we can't play a 5 ball. We try to explain what happened and also inform them that we are playing \better ball"to accommodate the situation. Unfortunately they don't accept our feedback and automatically keep saying \""I completely understand but you can't play 5 players\"""
