Worst client service!

Got the worst client service at Zebros in Atteridgeville. There was only one staff member at the front with the worst attitude ever, the rest of the staff was screaming behind in the kitchen fighting each other, I ended up being served cool dry incomplete food and the answer I got from the supervisor was that “I spoke softly” forgetting there was a zoo behind her. Zebros Atteridgeville has poor service with untrained management who know nothing about managing their own staff or customer service. Sies?
