What happened to the sauce?

I just wanted to put through a complaint about your branch in Zevenwacht Mall. On the 15th of April 2019 I bought family box. I have lived in Johannesburg for 2 years and had no Zebros that I knew of near me so when I moved back to Cape Town, I could not wait to have Zebros chicken with those saucy chips. I do not know if the portion that you put for the sauce or the sauce itself has changed but I watched the lady pour it and it was soo runny and she made use of such a small s****. The chicken was soo dry and so were the chips. I have never been so disappointed after being so excited as I had not had it in a while. This was after I had also had a similar experience in Parow a few months before that. We go to Zebros for that tangy sweet sauce and those chips that are usually smothered in that sauce unlike any other chicken outlet. I was very disappointed and I do not know if that is what Zebros has become because it means that it will lose my family and I as customers.
