Very bad service

Zebros in Alberton City has a very poor service,, They are very slow and they don't leave up to their words. 1stly I went to buy and they said food will be ready in few minutes then ended up waiting for 30minutes and it wasn't even busy. then today I called and 30minutes before I got there and ordered, trust you when I got the they still haven't done my order, went to shop around a bit came back still not done, then there wings were cold as if they were done long ago..

I am very disappointed because I am from far, and I love the food, but honestly they need to upgrade in Customer Service..
