Raw Chips and very watery sauce

I bought A jumbo chips on Sunday the 7th of February 2016 at Zebro's Parow in voortrekker road.I used to be a regular as their sauce and spice is absolutely the best and their chips quality and taste was the best. But when I bought the chips on Sunday and got home after craving it for almost a month.I opened the parcel only to discover that almost all the chips were undercooked and still very raw.Not even the people going through the garbage bins wanted to take it.The sauce which is the top selling point when it comes to Zebros Chips was watery and just not the same as it used to be but its still acceptable.The main concern is the raw chips...But this isnt the first time i experienced this.in the past their was also incidents of raw chicken and chips but it wasn't as bad. Please Zebro's fix the parow branch.I would really like to buy decent food from you again.But the chips on sunday was a total waste of money.
