Pathetic Service from Zebros N1 City from a manager

ZEBROS N1 CITY has a very rude manager by the name of Busi Mtsede. I called yesterday to place an order for my wings, she doesn't even apologise that there were no wings, she rudely tells me why should she apologise for something they do not have. If all calls are recorded i need that recording sent to me. I have never heard someone so rude on the phone and it's shocking especially coming from a manager. I need answers, my number is ***. My order is very known and i order most of the times but after this i don't think i will be able to have that relationship again. Refuses to tell me what her surname is. I will not let this go, if my query is not attended i am taking it up with head office. There is a guy i normally speak to he is very kind and understanding but this Busi thinks she has the right to talk to me like am some child
