Pathetic Service !!

On Saturday 27 October 2018 I decided to go to Zebros. Getting to Zebros I ordered a double chicken and cheese burger meal, small chips and the 6 snack wings and chips meal. Before paying, the cashier told me that i was going to wait a period of 20 minutes for the wings , where I said no problem as I would wait. When doing my rounds at the pick and pay and getting back after 30 minutes I get told that there ain't no wings. Making me wait for almost an hour for food and telling me after 30 minutes i was told that the wings was going to take a few minutes turns out to be there ain't any snack wings. I have wasted my time waiting for food and then also the manager insisted to give me only 3 full wings after their delay and their cashiers fault and the managers lack of communication s****s not informing the cashier there is not any snack wings. And for waiting for almost over an hour I was only compensated with a bottle of water which is unfair towards a customer. Also I told the manager if there ain't wings and for them telling me this 30 minutes after i ordered i then want all my money back but I was not listened to and they just gave me the 3 wings where i insisted i wanted snack wings. Pathetic service,!!!! never have i experienced it at this franchise.
