no repsect for good clients

I'm standing in the line. The casher helps the people behind me when I told her were is the line as I'm standing in it she told me she doesn't now. I told her to speak to her manger regarding the mantter and told me its not her problem. What makes me cross is there is no ownership. No respect and I spend a lot of money at this store. There are people out there we needs work we will treat clients better.
