Compliment

I went there at Zebros and chesanyama tswane mall in Mamelodi.yesterday it was fully packed,I understand it was just that corona virus,people were busy buying groceries.There was this lady,I heard staff calling her name Sindy,she was helpfully,trying her best to push the line,she was running all over.i like her service.and there is this other guy,they were busy calling his name Tumelo,I don't know if he is doing meat or what but he was trying also.he was running in the shop.i wanted to appreciate you guys,your service is good.u showed your effort to us as customers,keep it up guys. There is this lady she was the only one was wearing a red t-shirt!yeses! That lady I don't know if she is a shop manager or a supervisor! She have a lot a ****! Her service is poor! I didn't know her name,I wanted to write her name down but I didn't get it.she shout staff in front of us! She told them they can leave the shop if they want! The door is open! I don't know what the problem was,but no matter what was it,how can u tell the person to leave the job?is that the good way of solving problems?I think she need a management training. Otherwise your service was good guys except that issue of that lady.you tried a lot.keep it up. Thank you
