Bad Service with 2 *********** staff members

<p>I would like to tell you about my **** experience that I had Sa****ay evening. I went to Zebro’s Parow voortrekker road and purchase 2 wings and chips and quarter chicken and chips. When I arrived home I notice that the 2 wings and chips was correct but my charter chicken was only a bucket full of chips. I contacted the store and spoke to 2 ladies, each one handing the phone to the other the whole time. When I eventually got my story through, they didn’t understand, because in their word, they did not dish the 2 wings and chips. As if I’m complaining about that. After 5 min talking to 2 *********** people the 1 lady told me to come collect the chicken, my reply, NO you will deliver. Why must I drive R50 petrol for a R30 chicken. After another 5 min to tell me there is no way to deliver I got the managers cell number. I contacted him and he couldn’t arrange delivery either and told me he will have it deliver for me the next day, so what must I eat, chips?! So I decided I will take the chips parcel back and go get my money. When arriving at the store the 1 lady still got the nervs and told me, I swear I dish you the quarter chicken, helo, will I complaint about 1 piece of chicken. I thought I’ll drop you a mail to tell you I will make sure my story gets out, from social media to Helo Peter, I find this pathetic. If they could have only delivered my chicken that evening there would have been no problem, no I drove twice to a store, double my petrol for a piece of chicken…..Pathetic. I don’t know what you going to do with this mail, but if I’m you, I will take note, how many other clients is there that don’t take it as far as I do. By the way, this is the 3rd time I have an issue with that store, the other 2 I have to admit was not with those 2 ladies and was with a other manager. Regards, Danie</p>
