Bad Service

Good day,<br> <br> I went to your new Brackenfell store as i am a big fan and have purchased foods from all your other stores in the Northern Subarbs in Capetown. I ordered two Tuesday specials , which was four chicken burgers and chips. There was about four customers ahead of me so i expected to have to wait a few minutes. The store was not busy and the cashier did not give any indication that there would be a lengthly waiting period. After waiting 25 minutes for my order and noticing that the customers who came in the store after me had got the orders already , the cashier then only noticed that i had not recieved my order. She then went to check where my order was and the slip could not be found? They then only started to make my order once the mistake was noticed. The Manager in the store then had to indicate to the Cashiers to stop taking Burger special orders as there was a big problem with the orders. I never ever had to wait 35 minutes for four burgers and chips in any of your other Zebros stores. I was really looking forward to my meal and trying the new store in our area. I sadly will not be going back to the store because of the bad service. I will rather drive out of my area.
