BAD SERVICE

On 2 August 2015 around 14h00 me and my wife went to Zebros, Voortreker rd , Bellville.<br> We ordered 2 Chicken Cheese Burgers + Chips paying R38.90 each. Total R77.80 (Till 2 Number 48)<br> The cashier was not very friendly and had a attitude as if she just want to get trough the day.<br> After waiting for about 15 minutes we received our order. We decided to sit down at Zebros and eat our food there.We each took one bite out of our burgers<br> Our Burgers was a plain Chicken Burger with no Cheese.<br> The Chicken fillets on the Burgers was ice cold as if it came straight out of the fridge.<br> I took the 2 orders straight to the cashier with my slip to inform her there was no cheese on the burgers and that the chicken fillets was ice cold.<br> The cashier had a never minded attitude towards me.<br> I asked to speak to the manager who was very apologetic and offered to redo our order. I opted to ask my money back and went across the street to KFC.<br> This was not a pleasant experience at Zebros.<br> Any business is, especially a fast food business most valuable asset is their paying customers.<br> The staff and treatment received at Zebros Bellville was most unprofessional and customer service is definitely not something
