Bad pathetic service

I was there by your Somerset West store just after17:00. Only 2ladies on duty. When i eventually came 2 counter after waiting bout 10 minutes i asked the manager Tessa how long is waiting period she told me long very long and that she is closing her store at 18:00 so to say that I am still gona be there that time.i asked her wht so long she told me dint complaint cause then i am going 2 upset the other customers. I just walked out without food..pathetic service or let me say none existing service..bad bad bad..*** Bevan
