This has been the worst experience of my life. First I had to wait, after paying online for a part which clearly stated was in stock but was not, so I had to wait 3 days for them to get me the part. They then showed me pictures and the part is clearly broken so I requested for them to find me another part, I then waited more. After that I was told I would be refunded if they cannot find the part I paid for and I waited again. The manager then phoned me and said the refund will take too long so I must give him until the end of the day to deliver my part personally, I agreed trusting his word. I did not receive my part and I was promised by him again that it will be delivered the next day in the morning, idiotically again I trusted his word just to be left with excuses every time. I will never trust online shopping again because of this company. The distance from me to them is only an hour and a half away, so me waiting over a week for them to not even make any progress with my order is ridiculous and *********. A waste of time, trust, money and hope.
