Poor service from Zebra properties

Hein from Zebra properties failed to pay our electricity bill and therefore our entire complex was left without power. I phoned him numerous times and I was left with half truths. I made the necessary arrangements to get the power back on. He is arrogant and non compliant and will never do any business with him again. He simply switches off his phone and ignores everyone involved.
