Terrible experience, I just wanted to go home.

Terrible experience. The pictures are not accurate. The pool was dirty. We didn't get picked up for a pre booked game drive. You are stuck in your room with no TV or wifi until you are picked up for supper. The reception does not provide feedback. I asked for a refund and just wanted to go home... but that was just ignored. We drove 1hr 30 minutes for peace and our neighbors are having a party. Terrible terrible terrible
