Horror Accomodation

Please see below my booking/reservation

We arrived at your lodge on Friday the 29th of September 2017 and departed on the 1st of October 2017 ( ROOMS 3&4)

I have to say we were very disappointed in your guest house. You advertise yourselves as being a 3 STAR establishment, I would like to point out the following:

- Each room only had one towel and one small facecloth - Bedding was dirty - The night frill in room nr 3 had a pink substance splashed all over it and the beds underneath was so dirty - There was coffee and tea on the first day but never on the second day - The blinds in room nr 3 bathroom were broken and we couldn’t close them - My daughter slept with her grandparents in room nr 4, only to be woken at 2:00am in the morning COVERED IN ANTS!!!!!!!! - Your entertainment area outside was littered with trash, the dustbin was so full - The beverage fridge has a lock and chain around it, we rang the bell at the door but no one answered - Your dining room condiments was dirty and looked to be out dated, most of the things expired. The tabasco was BROWN, needless to say we declined to have breakfast

I have attached some pictures. I would expect a refund of R3600.00 from your guest house as this was far from a 3 STAR
