Never mind a leopard... a ZEBRA never changes its stripes

<p>I always used to use Zebra Cabs when I came to South Africa from Botswana, a regular occurrence, This last trip has been absolutely dismal! Drivers late (on numerous occasions), rude "helpline" staff, and .... the <em>coup de grace .... </em> driver got lost (????), drove all over the place, although I insisted on being brought back to my original collection point, and then had the the gall to charge me ZAR120 for the privilege! When I called to complain, I was fobbed off, told I'd be called back. Just as well I didn't hold my breath waiting! </p>
