Zebediela Bricks refusing to pay refund for undelivered goods

My brother paid for bricks worth R50.000 in January 2015 and at the time that he expected them to be delivered, he did not receive them. He then decided to buy other bricks from another company and negotiated with Zebediela Bricks for a refund. He has been moving from pillar to post to this date.
