UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE AND NOT GIVEN THE GOODS BOUGHT FROM ZEBEDIELA BRICKS

LETTER OF COMPLAINT

I ****ord Matlakeng bought bricks at Zebediela bricks branch in polokwane at 53 sillicon street on the 20 March 2020 and again on the 30 April 2020 for 8pallets of bricks. I spoke to Andries Zebediela bricks Rep during this lockdown period on level 4 and they told me that they will only assist me during level 3 because they were not yet allowed to operate because of lockdown. I went to the branch during level 3 of lockdown and there was no staff member and when i call they are taking me from pillar to post and reffering me to different people whom i dont even know. I was refered to Andre who is Zebediela Brick Rep on *** who told me that they will not take responsibility for. Zebediela bricks are responsible because they displayed their name and they are aware of the branch that was operating there because they confirmed it to me. I need Zebediela Bricks to take resposibility of these matter as a customer i went and buy bricks from Zebediela Brick and whatever arrangement Zebediela Bricks has made with that branch i should not be complicated with. When i called Andries for tjis matter he asked if i buy Samsung Refrigerator at Game Store and when i have a problem with it who must take resposibility and respond to him was that game must take resposibility because i did not buy from samsung but game as a store hence they should take resposibility because whatever arrangement game has with samsung i shouldvnot get involved. I as a client if that branch was known by Zebediela Bricks as company it would be a different story and i searched via google it was there and other branches of Zebediela bricks. I paid an amount of R7550.00 for those bricks and i want my money or the bricks which i need urgently for my project and has been stuck now because of Zebediela Bricks and their incompetency.After i have complaint abount thus they went as far as going to that Branch of them to remove their brand confirming that they are aware of the branch and for us as client to be ****** of our hard earned money.I would really appreciate it if hellopeter can intervene in my problem and help me get whats lawfully mine.it would be a priviledge if you could assist me as soon as possible. THANK YOU
