No refund for non constructive bricks

I bought bricks at Burgersfort branch worth R16125.00 on July 2020. January 2020 when i wanted to use them I found them not in good condition for construction. I laid complaint n requested an exchange, they told me the bricks I want are out of stock n they won't hav them soon. I bought bricks from other company n requested refund in February 2020 . I spoke with the owner who was rude n did not help me. I went back for follow-up on 29th May 2020. No help. I m stuck with 15 pallets of non constructive bricks.
