No Delivery

i bought 1500 bricks at the ZB bricks on 17-07-2015 and they told me that the bricks will be delivered to me on the 20th July 2015 but they didn't deliver them .i called them everyday since the 21st July 2015 till today they tell me the same thing (the truck is loading we are coming to deliver your bricks now ) even today i haven't get my bricks and i don't think they will ever deliver them to me .they also don't want to refund me
