Excellent service and later disappointment!!

We purchased three ceiling fans at Zebbies Amanzimtoti in beginning of March. After installation we discover that the O-lite fan with light feature wasn't working properly. After a power outage the light will automatically comes on if the power is restored. This was unacceptable as the fan was installed in the spare bedroom. We brought this under the attention of Zebbies management and the same day Nathan called back. He immediately made arrangements and within a few days a new ceiling fan was installed. Nathan was constantly following up by phone to ensure all went well and that we are satisfied. Obviously the fans were working well when switched on and off. By then we as pensioners were thankful of the way Zebbies handled our issue and recommend them to other shoppers. Unfortunately a bad electrical connection during the replacement by personnel of Zebbies costs me dearly just two months from replacing the said fan. The response from Zebbies was that there will be no help to foot the bill of call out fee and the follow up by a competent electrician to correct their fault which caused the Earth leakage to trip. So sadly we can't recommend electrical installation by Zebbies personnel.
