Bad service happens - and Good service can turn all that around

We are busy building a house and purchased 8 ceiling fans in Sept and the Nelspruit store had stock and promised us they would keep the sold stock for collection in Oct. In Oct we visited the store to collect and were informed no stock available and no definite ETA. I was very upset and made it known to the staff. but Vanessa Marshall MD and Sandy from their head office contacted me and their friendly and helpful attitude turned an unhappy customer into a satisfied and grateful client. well done and thank you !!!!
