Bad Service and Attitude Zebbies life style

I'm writing this to express my dissatisfaction to complain about your staff member, Named Londy Ndebele. As a loyal Customer of your company for the last several years. The level of service, Attitude, dress code ************** and looking at Customers as if they have unpleasant body odor was far below the standard I have to expect. Despite my attempts to address these concerns with Staff and decided to make a purchase of bulbs that I was friendly assisted by one of the males. Kindly look into the behavior of this person to make sure that an incident like this not happen as it will affect the reputation of the company. I hope you can address to prevent it from recurring.
