NO service from ZE Financials

Please do your homework on a service provider before choosing them. I have been pulling my hair out from trying to get service from a financial services company that has no clue for more than two years. One example - received an IRP5 the last day of employee submission after begging since the beginning of the filing season. No response to emails or phone calls. Hope no one has to ever deal with them, the services they offer on the website and what they give (not the same thing)
