Came into a Body Corporate in to offer EMA services .Have ended up within a year punting a very large redevelopment scheme to be done all in one go ( instead of over a ten year plan which STSM Act requires ) which will possibly cost 4 times the BC' s reserves and for which they have offered to find financing ( Financing being one of their business operations ) for the BC The consultant ( who is an Engineer not an Architect ) being used by them to promote this scheme is punted by them to be project manager ( no other candidates put up ) and , following upon the consultancy fees , will make large commissions on the total costs of the works to be done . The way in which the whole project is being approved is viewed by some as not being a correct application of STSM Act requirements
