Documents submitted to ZDennis Tax Consultants

I submitted my documents mid July for SARS Tax returns. After numerous emails Petula responded saying documents have been submitted. I called SARS to follow up around mid August, to be told I have to wait 31 working days for completion of Audit. I emailed Petula again to ask for feedback as this should be there job. NO response, one cannot get hold of them telephonically at all. I called SARS again yesterday 7 September only to be told the documents they required a month ago have not been received. Once they receive them I will have to wait again for another month. What type of a Tax Consultants are we dealing with here, if there telephones are never answered or no responses to emails.
