Worst customer service ever
<p>I ordered a headboard from Zcreations and sent them an image and a sketch of EXACTLY what I wanted. They changed my design WITHOUT MY CONSENT and now they refusing to replace it to what I requested or refunding me in full. The manager Zaheer is very rude with poor people's s****s. They also promised to finish my order in 4weeks but it took more than 2months. Honestly that was worst customer service I've ever experienced. I regret ever doing business with them, if only I've known. </p>

It is unfortunate that it has come to this as we have tried to resolve the amicably.
To clarify the points that you have stated.
We manufacture custom goods and thus there is a great deal of back and forth from the client to us. (for example, you initially requested full grain leather to be used and then had to change it to faux leather due to affordability)
Our company thus sends out a quote, detailing what will be produced. The products were designed and especially produced for you after you accepted the quote. It is taken that the customer has gone through the details of the quote as it is explicitly states the details of the products that are manufactured.
We have honoured every detail of the quote that you have accepted. We don’t understand how it is that produced “WITHOUT MY CONSENT” as from the start you were in possession of the quote that we produced on. If there were details on the quote that you were not sure about we were more than happy to explain what they were as you have said you did not know where the buttons would be on a headboard and thought that the specified buttons on the quote would be for fixing the headboard internally, however it’s is clearly stated that the buttons are self-fabric on the description of the headboard and no mention is made of buttons being used internally as it is also stated that the headboard is to have a mounting bracket (the buttons being the detail in question)
The time frame that was give once again, as per the quote is 15-30 working days. Once we had completed we contacted you to arrange delivery and installation. You were not available to receive the products as you were working out of the province and your sister was busy with exams and a later date was agreed upon.
We made every effort to be courteous in dealing with this issue, however it is made that much more difficult when profanities and disrespectful tone was used when you were on the phone with us, especially since we produced in accordance with the accepted quote, which you stated, “does not matter” after you realised that you did not take the time to go through and understand the quote.
We are more than happy to rectify your oversite at a minimal cost.
