Uber not working on VCpay
<p>I use VCpay exclusively for Uber. Now that it is not working, how do I get my funds transferred back to my savings account. Failing that, what is the estimated turnaround time for resolution. </p>

My sincerest apologies for the experience.
We can process a refund of unused funds, on your VCpay account.
In order for us to process the refund, please send us a stamped bank statement reflecting the account details, and the name of the account holder as your own.
Please note the date on the stamp needs to be less than 3 months old and the refund will take a maximum of 7 business days to be completed.
