Loading funds and incorrect balances
<p>After loading R800 into my account I checked my balance to find that it went from R0.26 to -R399.26<br /><br />Checking the statement I saw 2 "payments" of R200 and R200 respectively. They were named "NoFeeDescriotion FEE" and "NoFeeDescriotion FEEn->cTr"<br /><br />I have an account which has gone into arrears because the funds I loaded are not available and the balance in my account is not correct. I am also waiting for "feedback from finance" as to what the problem is and when it will be rectified.</p>
