Called in to speak to a lady about something as we could not get ahold of her or her husband and the company number is on her file under numbers to call if we cannot get ahold of them

Called in to speak to a lady about something as we could not get ahold of her or her husband and the company number is on her file under numbers to call if we cannot get ahold of them. There was a man that answered the call. The man didnt give us any time to even talk he just started yelling why are we calling them. So rude and unprofessional as a company. Very disappointing
