No payment of deposit, empty promisses

So, here we are a week later. Linda asked us to call her. We are no communicating with one of the owners, Lynn. She promissed payment but to no avail. I would like to warn other guests that should you cancel, do not expect your deposit back. Rather you not pay a deposit at all.
