this is the worse service you can get

I bought vehicles at the garage-Express Wheels in Bloemfontein and every time I leave the vehicle because. I dint get service. Now I tried them for the last time. I went there on Monday to have a look at a non runner vehicle I said that I want it and will come and get it in the week I stay 200km from them. I immediately paid the amount they asked. Today on Friday morning I phoned them and asked that I am coming there to tow the vehicle they must please make sure that everything is fine that I would be able to get the vehicle immediately when I got there. They told me everything is ok. When I got there. Nothing was done. Nothing the vehicle was parked between two other vehicles and they could not be moved as the one at the the back a bus had two flat tyres and the one in front had a pole in front of it. This is totally unacceptable. They said they will pay my money back. They were so unprofecional.
