I want to caution others about my experience with Zaspro Financial Services, operated by broker Sumaya Khan in Malvern, Queensburgh. In my dealings, I encountered highly concerning practices, including the alleged backdating of important documents (records of advice) and obtaining signatures from clients after claims had already been submitted. She demonstrates a significant lack of professionalism in her service. Sumaya Khan has demonstrated conduct that is both extremely negligent and grossly dishonest. Beware of this company.

Additionally, previous claim histories were not disclosed upfront, which can lead to claim rejections—leaving clients with no support or accountability. When issues arise, there is little to no follow-up from the business.

In my opinion, these actions amount to dishonest and ***** conduct. I strongly encourage others to exercise due diligence before engaging with this business. Transparency and integrity should never be compromised when it comes to financial services.
