WORST EVER !
Worst service ever! Never to be used again !!! I had my parcel ****** no appropriate information given, everytime I ask for information they have stopped responding or replying to my email. Literally every time I call they say someone will be in contact with me yet nobody has ever contacted me. They keep telling me they’ll speak to the supervisor. I’m absolutely fed up with this service ! Never to be used ever again!!!!! I used to use it so often but never again! I don’t ever recommend to anyone, rather use postnet to be honest

We offer parcel protection cover as hijackings/theft are common & asked our insurance company to make a concession. As the sender hasn’t taken out protection, they are unable to pay out.
