Second ***** up, I should have stopped the first time they messed up
This company has delivered like every other courier company but when they ***** up, they do it royally. The first time they messed up a delivery to pietermaritzburg, from Durban. It took them over a month to get the package to the client. I should have stopped using them immediately.
The second time they used the excuse that the product was not in a box to refuse my damage claim. The bottle was squeezed until product leaked out.
If you use a company like this, you will lose clients. They are irresponsible and careless and conveniently have all the excuses in the book. What they never do, is be fair to their clients.
I'm very disappointed with the service and will NEVER use them again. I will also make sure that everyone I interact with will hear about the poor service.
We sincerely apologize for the issue you have experienced despite our best attempts at resolving it with the courier. We see that you have still ordered from us many times since this incident. Thank you, we appreciate your support!
Regarding the rejected claim, as per our Ts&Cs, protection cover is only valid when the parcel has been packaged correctly as per our guidelines (found at https://www.parcelspot.com/packaging). Not only does this reduce the likelihood of damage occurring to the contents of your parcels, but it also assists us with being able to follow through should you need to make a claim. We are currently working on making this information even more visible to our valued Clients.
We do hope that you rate us again when you have experienced our great service and, as always, we look forward to your next delivery. :)
Kind regards,
Vanessa @ Parcelspot
