Parcelspot.com - "Shocking" does not describe the level of BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Absolutely atrocious service!

I booked a shipment with Parcelspot and my parcel was supposed to be delivered 13 DAYS ago already.

It appears that the parcel has been lost by the carrier and since I've started to query this with Parcelspot I have received absolutely NO assistance in having my parcel located and delivered!!

Neither their web chat nor phoning in resulted in anyone who can tell me where my parcel is and when it will be delivered.

I've been promised email updates and phone calls to update me on my parcel's location and ETA for delivery - not one of which have been provided!!

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Parcelspot does not want to take responsibility and own the fact that my parcel has been lost - Please own the issue and FIX IT!!!

Think twice before using this company, and DO NOT expect any assistance or solutions when something goes wrong.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
