Parcelspot

Very very disappointed. I booked a pick-up for Monday 31 Aug and the guy shows up on Friday 28 Aug to collect. I told him the parcel is not ready, that is why I booked it for the Monday only. He says he will come back on Monday. Monday comes and goes and nobody turns up, they don't call, nothing. Tuesday I phone and I speak to Craig, who sounds like he does not have a clue what's going on. He can't give me an explanation as to why the pick-up was not made but assures me that the parcel will be picked up the same day. The parcel was supposed to be in Pretoria today, but will probably only get there tomorrow, due to the delay (and if I am lucky, judging by some of the other reviews.)

In future I will rather pay extra and find a reliable courier company to get parcels to my clients on time. The website looks really good and professional, but the service sucks big time.
