Never again
Absolutely Pathetic and shocking service!!!! This was the most shocking service I've ever received from a courier company. The order was booked on 04/05/2022 and collected for express delivery for the 05/05/2022 and was only delivered on the 10/05/2022 - that is 6 DAYS!!!! This was because they had missed laid the parcel, Because of this bad service I would never use or recommend Parcelspot to anybody
