I have send a parcel from SA to Botswana - went online to find a courier company as most do not offer international deliveries during the Covid-19 lockdown period or charge extremely high tariffs to do it. I found Globeflight online, got a quote immediately after submitting details and made payment to schedule pick-up the next day. Got 2 calls from them to arrange more details and time for pick-up, all good. Parcelspot.com send email with waybill and updates regarding pick-up, delivery date, etc. Also updates available online to track the parcel. The parcel took longer to arrive at destination, but when I send a query online, they immediately responded to questions and send feedback by email. Can definitely recommend them - great service thanks.
