Just a note to say THANK YOU for the excellent customer service from Parcelspot! From chatting with Pam in your call center, to Billy the driver who came to collect our package (and helped us understand the entire process, step by step, and reassured us of everything), to the two gentlemen (I am disappointed I did not get their names) who came to drop off our parcel (and even two days before scheduled!), the tracking process and email service - every touch point of dealing with this company has been a pleasure! The customer service has been so personable, kind, helpful and friendly.
