So disappointed Zarth Designs

My mom is turning 60 this year. She has always wanted to be able to wear a designer lablel......and as her kids we have arranged her 60th to be all shes ever wanted.

Enter Zarth Designs........she went to their studios for a paid consult and was so happy with the consult she requested they design her outfit for the day. She then paid them. And has heard nothing since.

For three weeks now she has tried to get some kind of feedback on the process and is only told we will call you......they have yet to do so.

So I call today - their "receptionist" Yvette is by far the worst I have ever had the encounter to have to deal with. ZERO people s****s......ZERO Initiative and ZERO client service s****s.

She has hung up on me numerous times today - randomly hands the phone over to other staff because she cannot handle having to actually deal with people - Ive eventually resorted to asking to speak to anyone but her.

I need help and cannot get through to anyone at Zarth who can assist. They have my moms money and the even is on the 28th.....and you guessed it......theyre still calling.......
