Terrible service

My experience with Zarpath laboratory (Richards bay) is terrible to say least. I came to their office on 29 December 2023 for DNA and was told the results would be out on 16 January. When date came it was shifted to on or before 26 January. Today (24) I'm told it might be ready by next week. The service is so so poor and people should avoid coming to them. I'm being treated to the highest hospitality of hell and there's no hope that I'll get results anytime soon. Public you are warned these people are unprofessional!
