Avoid Travelstart's Covid Test by Zarpath at all costs.

Travelstart offers the Zarpath Covid Consierge Service as an add-on. Zarpath sent me an invite one day for an appointment the following day - but my flight is only in 10 days. Zarpath guarantees Covid results within 72h, but for countries outside SA Covid tests should be performed within less than 72h. On the appointment it stated rescheduling should be done at least 24h before (!), and the e-mail helpline provided (***) doesn't work, emails return unanswered. To add insult to injury - this is a non-refundable service offered by Travelstart, please avoid Zarpath at all costs.
