You will not get your order much less a refund...

I placed an order and paid for an Xbox on 19th September, I had mailed before I placed the order to find out how long delivery would take place, as I needed the Xbox for my sons bday by a certain date. They promised me that I would definitly receive it in time. I then placed the order and paid and was very excited to now have been able to afford something like this for my child. I followed up and was given the run around. I have left reviews previously, however they have been removed. I have not been sent my order nor will they refund my money, I was sent the following mail from them:

Hi,

We have a strict policy regarding defamatory comments or remarks online. Furthermore, you already attempted to reverse payment and you fabricated malicious lies about our business.

We will not be assisting you further as a result. Please do not contact us again.

It is unaccetable that they are being allowed to operate. There have been countless complaints about this company and they are just being removed. Their address is Aramex in Sandton, they do not answer the phone and they do not reply to Whatsapps.

Please do not buy from this website.
