No delivery

Will not do business with them ever! Put order in online on the 17th Sept. Got order number via mail with banking details indicating that stock will be kept for 24 hours. Eft the same day. 18th got confirmation of payment and they are busy processing and order is scheduled for dispatch on or before 23 Sept. On the 25th queried via mail and got response on 26th that there are issues with the courier but will be delivered cob 27th. Responded asking for tracking number but no reply. Send a mail on 30th and the response is that they are waiting for feedback from the logistics firm and will get back to me soon. I indicated that they must please refund me. Since then no response via mail. Sent messages via whatsapp, which are delivered but no response.
